All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Prices may change if additional work is requested, conditions are different than expected, or materials/prices increase. Any extra work will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Final payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Payments can be made by cash, check, or other approved methods.

Clients agree to provide clear access to the work area during scheduled service times. Delays caused by blocked access, pets, furniture, or other obstacles may affect the timeline.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations may result in a service or trip fee.

Client-approved colors and materials are final. ZND Pro Painting is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to color choice once applied. Touch-ups caused by color changes are considered additional work.

We are not responsible for pre-existing issues such as water damage, mold, rot, cracks, or structural defects. Repairs beyond standard preparation will be quoted separately.

We take care to protect floors, furniture, and surrounding areas. However, ZND Pro Painting is not responsible for damage caused by hidden defects, poor previous workmanship, or fragile items not removed by the client.

Exterior projects are weather-dependent. Rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions may delay the project without penalty.

We provide a limited workmanship warranty (if applicable). This does not cover normal wear and tear, moisture issues, structural movement, or damage caused by others.

ZND Pro Painting is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We reserve the right to take before-and-after photos for documentation and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

By approving an estimate, scheduling service, or making payment, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
